What are the quality of the materials you use?
We only use precious metals of the highest quality bought in Sweden. For silver we use 925 and for gold 18k. The precious stones we use in our limited edition series are carefully selected in person by our skilled buyers, Only the highest or second highest quality are good enough for a Rasmus Hvorslev jewelry.

How long will it take to receive my package?
We always aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of verification. However, since all of our jewelry are handcrafted and not always in stock, in some cases the shipping time will be longer. Where is my package?
When you have completed your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail and, as soon as the shipment is created, an e-mail with your tracking information.

Why haven’t I received an order confirmation, did my order go through?
As long as funds has been deducted from your account you can be certain that your order has been processed. If you didn’t received your confirmation e-mail and it isn’t in your spam folder, reach out to our customer support at hello@rasmushvorslev.com and we will help you out.

Can I pick a specific number from your limited editions?
In most cases you cannot. However, feel free to contact us at hello@rasmushvorslev.com to make a reservation for the number you like and we’ll see what we can do.

Where can you guys ship my watch?
We can deliver your jewelry worldwide. If you live at a temporary resident such as hotels, just send us a message at hello@rasmushvorslev.com and we will arrange the shipping.

Can you ship to my country?
Probably yes, but send an e-mail to hello@rasmushvorslev.com with the full address for availability.

Can I change my order after it is completed?
Sure, just email us at hello@rasmushvorslev.com and we will fix it for you.
